Shawnee Justice Center and Fire Station

Treanor Architects completed a design proposal for this project as part of a design competition in 2006-2007. The project included the design and construction of a new justice center and fire station on a 28.5 acre site currently owned by the City of Shawnee. The design proposal featured a $3.16 million fire station of 18,200 square feet, and a $9.5 million justice center comprising 59,130 square feet and including space for police and municipal courts operations.
Also included were a gasoline fueling station, parking for approximately 300 cars, a communications tower and complete site development including grading, lighting, landscaping and full utility services.
