Treanor Architects

Treanor Architects was hired in 2005 to assist with tenant build-out projects at the existing three-story Tallgrass Medical Office Building. At that time, the second floor was partially completed and the upper third floor was entirely shell space. We have completed tenant projects for Retina Associates, Lohmann-Rausher, The Surgery Center, Personalized Borkerage Services, Dr. Sheryl Elder and Kansas Medical Clinic. Our role is to work directly with the tenant and the building manager to deliver each tenant their requirements and needs for the new spaces, and to provide a design and detailing to enhance their identity and image.

We have continued to be successful in fulfilling the expectations of the building owners and tenants and have developed a long-standing and trusted relationship with the building management. We are currently working on the design and construction of a new 45,000 sq ft building adjacent to this property, named Tallgrass Medical Building II. The new building is designed to incorporate sustainability practices and materials.
